The PMI-AGC Kuwait technical presentations and monthly networking events provides attendees with reliable content, best practice knowledge transfer and expert guidelines advice on how to practice project management and modern information technologies to deliver projects successfully. The technical presentations on average usually attract around 120 participants per event. Amongst which include Senior Executives, Facility Managers, Project Managers, Risk Managers, Consultants, PMI credential holders, PMI Members and Project Management Practitioners.

There are three sponsorship opportunities available to you:-

1. PLATINUM TECHNICAL PRESENTATION SPONSOR -        3500 KD

Platinum Benefits

-          Speaking slot (10 min).

-          Up to 15 VIP invitations to prospects specified by the Sponsor. PMI–AGC Kuwait Section creates and mails these invitations.

-          Presentation survey of event delegates: Platinum Sponsor may add up to five (5) questions to the survey. Survey results will be made available free of charge to Platinum Sponsor and end-user attendees.

-          Premium exhibition space (3x2m) in the pre-function area for information, new products, launches, and demonstrations literature (required labor and furnishing are the responsibility of the Sponsor).

-          Opportunity to arrange for one-to-one meetings to be held during the conference.

-          Playing Advertisement DVD during the dinner (10 Min).

-          Display of Sponsor’s Logo in PMI-AGC Website for One (1) year.

-          15% discount for One (1) year to the employees of Sponsor attending PMI-AGC Training Courses.

2. GOLD TECHNICAL PRESENTATION SPONSOR -             2500 KD

Gold Benefits

-          Up to 10 VIP invitations to prospects specified by the Sponsor. PMI – AGC Kuwait Section creates and mails the invitations.

-          Presentation survey of event delegates: Gold Sponsor may add up to three (3) questions to the survey. Survey results will be made available free of charge to Gold Sponsor and end-user attendees. This option is only valid if a Partnership Agreement is signed at least six weeks prior to the event.

-          Exhibition space (2x2m) in the pre-function area (required labor and furnishing are the responsibility of the Sponsor).

-          Playing Advertisement DVD during the dinner.

-          Display of Sponsor’s Logo in PMI-AGC Website for Six (6) months.

-          10% discount for Six (6) months to the employees of the Sponsor attending PMI-AGC Training Courses.

3. SILVER TECHNICAL PRESENTATION SPONSOR -           1500 KD

SILVER Benefits

-          Exhibition (2x1.5m) space in the pre-function area (required labor and furnishing are the responsibility of the Sponsor).

-          Up to 5 VIP invitations to prospects specified by the Sponsor. PMI – AGC Kuwait Section creates and mails the invitations.

4. SINGLE EVENT SPONSOR -           550 KD

-          Exhibition (2x1.5m) space in the pre-function area (required labor and furnishing are the responsibility of the Sponsor).

-          Up to 5 VIP invitations to prospects specified by the Sponsor. PMI – AGC Kuwait Section creates and mails the invitations.

-          Display of Sponsor’s Logo in PMI-AGC Website for Three (1) month.

-          5% discount for One (1) month to the employees of Sponsor attending PMI-AGC Training Courses.

ALL PLATINUM, GOLD, AND SILVER SPONSOR PACKAGES INCLUDE:-

-          Company logo in events brochure, on the official Web site and in adverts announcing the conference.

-          Distribution of Company literature and/or promotional items.

-          Company logo and 50-word profile listed in the Program Guide (distributed at the show) or on the web site.

-          Sponsors logo will be on the official invitation and will be sent to all PMI – AGC members in the GCC countries.
