The Community of Project Management – (CofPM) at Kuwait Petroleum Corporation invited PMI-AGC members to attend a technical presentation on Tuesday, 3rd May 2011, at Bubyan Club, Salwa. The event was attended by members of both CofPM and PMI-AGC.
On this occasion Mr. Shukri A. Al-Mahrous, Manager, Corporate Transformation Office, KNPC, delivered a presentation on “KNPC Management of Change and Transformation (MoCT)”. The speaker shared the best practices adopted by the Corporate Transformation Office with the audience. He briefed the attendees on major challenges faced, techniques employed and lessons learned.
The presentation was followed by a question and answer session during which attendees strengthened their understanding of challenges related to change management and KNPC’s experience with the same. At the end of the presentation, Mr. Wael Aljasem, President of CofPM, thanked the speaker and awarded him a certificate of appreciation. Mr. Ahmed Samir, VP Programs at PMI-AGC Kuwait also thanked the speaker and presented a memento on behalf of PMI-AGC. He also thanked CofPM for inviting PMI-AGC members to attend this technical presentation.
