December 18, 2011, PMI-AGC Kuwait invited all members and friends to attend it’s end of year General Body Meeting, Volunteers Appreciation Ceremony & Members Quiz Night.
The objectives of the meeting were to share with the guests our achievements during 2011 as well as our plans for 2012, solicit members suggestions on how we can serve them better in the years ahead and acknowledge and show our gratitude to our many volunteers for their selfless services contributions in 2011.
The event which was hosted at Movenpick Hotel & Resort Al Bida'a, was moderated by Dr. Lina Abu Dheir, Director, Policy & Audits. The event started with a Welcome address, mission & vision by Kuwait President Mr. Wael Al-Jasem followed by a presentation on the Membership Benefits, statistics, growth, Survey 2011 responses, Kuwait team organizational structure and current volunteers’ openings by Mrs. Iman H. Al-Gharabally, VP Membership. Mr. Muhammad A. B. Ilyas, Director, Technical Presentations & Site Visits shared with the audience a recap of 2011 programs and plans for 2012.
This was followed by the Project of the Year (POY) 2011, Questions from members, Volunteers award ceremony and the announce-ment of the 2011 annual members survey draw winners. Last but not the least, a fun-filled Quiz of Multiple choice questions was conducted by Mr. Rami Al-Haddad, VP Finance & Admin for the PMI members and winners awarded with prizes.
